Default x850xt OEM 111.00 dollar!

i jus ordered an OEM saphhire x850xt!!! for 111.00 US dollar grand total. is that a go0d deal?

and why is a x800xtPE superior than x850xt?

That's a good deal, yes.

The X850XT PE just has slightly higher core and memory clocks.

i had that card
told it wasnt the most currnt but again it didnt fit in my case so i got the 7900 gs

I have the x850xt I got for $90 ..the x850xt is superior to the x800xt pe the 850 uses a different core I think the 850 has 16 pipielines and the 800 only has 12..

Who said anything about an X800XT PE?
EDIT: Whoops, nvm. But the x850xt pe and x800xt pe arent all that different. Just clock them the same and you have yourself two cards that perform about the same.

Noob101....

The X850 does in fact use a different core than the X800 (R480 instead of the R423). However, they both have exactly the same stats, if clocked at the same speeds. They both have 16 pixelpipelines, etc.

to see that a x800xt PE has more memory bandwith than the x850xt is pretty weird. and the x800xt PE is superior as i see the comparason but not by much... jus a tiny bit but still weird.
