Default cpu

i have 2 cpu 3.5ghz each, i was monitoring the cpu load yesterday nand it was running under 15% most of the time and now today it varying between 15 to 50% nothing wrong right? its still running pretty fast

If it's only 15%, then its not under load. And you say you have two CPU's, so if you only run one app under load, only one core or cpu will be running that app, so Windows sees it as just 50% load.
