please help

i have an ibm thinkpad Z60t

i had a problem with my wireless connection because it says that the radio wireless wasn't on so i thought of restarting the computer. when i restarted it. it shut down by itself. so i turned it on and it shut down agin and it keeps on shuting down. please help i need the files on the computers asap. please help.

i read few things on the internet and most of them thinks it is a power problem. then i desiovered that the wire wasn't plugged properly to the laptop.

what can i do with stupidity
