Unhappy Screen

I have an Acer Aspire 1691WLMi with a glossy 15.4 inch screen. I use my laptop a lot every day and bring it to school. It was scratch marks on the screen from the keybored . Can anyone tell me how to remove them without voiding my extended warrenty from compusa or replacing the screen.
Here is a link to a pic

Thanks
