what free program do you recommend to make VIDEO DVDs not data DVDs, because almost every freeware one only allows data DVDs

DeepBurner or Zilla Rip N'Burn are a pair of freewares. The 5.0.1.0. of Zilla is found at http://www.soft32.com/download_120433.html There are plenty of sharewares however like one of Nero's seen at the same site.

deep burner doesnt allow video dvds and zilla whatever has spyware and installs gay toolbars and crap

I wouldn't know. I use retail softwares for burning dvds. You will also find that a good majority of freewares have adwares and other crap in them.
