how to make windows messenger do not run automatically when computer start ?

...u click tools on the top, then go to options. there is a selection in there..

you can use msconfig and uncheck yahoomsg

he's talking about windows messenger, not yahoo messenger.

windows messenger runs when pc starts.
how to make it doe not work together with pc starts.

i simply want to make it run whenever i want.

first you need to "make it run", lol. look in the settings, there should be an option to start when wndows starts. you do not want that option enabled.

In Preferences inside Windows Messenger there is an option to start with Windows. Simply untick that.

Avoid msconfig as anything other than a reference tool.

run Windows Messenger, Click Tools on the top bar, then click options on the bar that comes down.

in opitions, go to general, then untip "automatically run when windows stars"
