Help please!!!

Hey guys, I have bittornado, and I accidently deleted my games (windows, pinball ect, ect) We'll I found a pinball game and I downloaded it, but when I went to play it, there was alot of files, but no exe files. Can any 1 help me? Do I need to some how make an image of it or something like that. Any help would be great

What files do you see?

I see iso.. and a couple of others. Do I need to burn this to a disc? and than install it on my cpu. Cause isnt a ISO the image file, and my dvd encr. will save it to my hd than burn it to cd? Or am I way off?

.iso needs to be coverted using an iso converter and usually made into a mountable drive or put into a cd works well for this but you will need a program to convert it for you!
