Default Network camera

I have a USB camera and I want to be able to access it on another computer. I tried USB over Network but I never got it to work. Does anyone know of a program that can do this.

Remotely control your PC, and control it VIA www.logmein.com It free amd easy to setup.

Yeah, I already have that and have been useing it. However, the PC with the camera is my families main computer so I can just log in whenever.
