Default mobo w/ vga AND composite/s-video

I know there are plenty of integrated graphics boards out there but i am looking for a board that has both integrated graphics VGA (digital is fine, i have an adapter), AND composite (yellow rca)/s-video.
My friend is doing an upgrade and he just wants something basic that will display video files on his tv next to his computer.

It has to be SOCKET AM2!!!!!

I'd get a regular board and a cheapie graphics card but we're on a tight budget here.

Asus, and MSI are the two big am2 boards i have around, though anything can be ordered if it's cheap and has what we're looking for.

Price range, under 100$

Well a monitor could be hooked up to the DVI, and then a VGA->composite/s-vide converter box could be used on the VGA output. I wonder if both graphics ports can be used at the same time though. Probably not a huge problem if they can't be.
