Default B&W2 Catalyst 6.10 issue....

I know this may be a reach as I don't think many people play this game, but, has anyone been having issues with Black and White 2 and the Catalyst 6.10 drivers? For some reason, the game always seems to lock up on me and freeze my whole computer. I've already tried re-installing the game and re-installing the drivers. I also re-installed the catalyst 6.9 drivers and didn't have any issues with the game so I pretty sure It has to do with 6.10. I also have the newest version of ATi Tray Tools installed but I doubt that's the issue either.
