Default boot disk

is it possible using a program liek nero 7, to create a bootable disk with a spywhere scanning program like xsoft spy or spybot on it, so it boots the program and lets you scan from it? that way you can do a scan without booting windows?

Most of the anti-spyware programs require Windows in order to work.So it would be impossible to execute such a program without booting Windows.
