Default Firewall

How do I reconfigure my firewall settings to allow a program called: GameGuard to work? Thanks for the help. I have a router firewall, forgot to mention.
OS: Windows 2000

Well, what is your router? Usually, if you don't set it up on your router, it should work. Unless that program you are using connects to certain ports, you might have to forward those particular ports.
