Can someone explain this to me? It seems like if you buy an eVGA video card now, they will give you a break for when you try to upgrade? Is this correct? Thanks.

Have you looked at their site?
I believe if you purchase an eVGA card, you can upgrade to a higher end model within 90 days of the first purchase, and only pay the difference.
