Default Which mobo would you suggest for the Core 2 Duo

I am having a hard time picking a motherboard for my new computer that I am going to build. Namely because I don’t know much about mobo specs, but I know my needs and here they are so please intrigue me with your opinion!

1. Works with core 2 duo and can upgrade to core2 quad in the future
2. I don’t need sli or cross fire just pci express
3. Reliable
4. Easy to install
5. Will allow moderate over clocking
6. I don’t have major requirements for hard drives or making the computer a server for example (at least for now)

Price is not an issue, but I am obviously asking because I don’t want to spend more than what I need. Otherwise I would have bought the top of the line Intel mobo or w5b Aussus mobo, but I am holding off until I hear your opinions. Your input is much apprecaited!

Also what do you think of this ram?

I don’t have a budget. I am open to buying the most expensive Intel mobo on new egg for example, but I don’t want to if I don’t need that mobo. After all isn’t price determined by performance, quality, and features? Therefore I would say I am looking for a high performance, high quality, and basic features mobo. Is that in the $150-$200 range? Lets say that’s my rang then, $150-$200. Though, I am still open for a $250+ mobo, I just would like to learn the reasons for buying one and if they apply to me. Thanks for asking!

a P5B, P5B DELUXE, or even the ASUS P5W DH DELUXE/WIFI-AP would be a good chose, newegg doesn't always have the cheapest mobos. the ASUS P5W DH DELUXE/WIFI-AP is $260 on newegg and i have found them around $220 on other sites so look around before you buy

Nvidia 680i SLI mobos are the best out right now even beter than bad axe mobo's. They run about $250. There will be lesser versions which cost less. Just compare them to other mobo's on www.newegg.com

Or just the GA-965P-S3 (DS3 - the all solid caps and about $30). Although I doubt it will handle a quads power needs. The DQ6 will however.
