Hiya,
when i am on a video conversation on msn,about 10 minutes into the conversation it will just freeze the whole computer and i have to hold the power button to restart it! i have done virus checks and uninstalled it and reloaded it and it is still the same! why does it keep doing this? many thanks jack |

Try updating to the newest version of your webcam drivers.
Also try unplugging other USB devices and see if the problem persists.

Also, which version of Messenger are you on? Another useful info may be your pc specs, which I am sure should be plenty 'nuff to run it, but just incase.
