Default Mobo works with Core Duo or Core 2 Duo

Does the ECS RS400-A motherboard support Core Duo processors? It says Pentium 4/Celeron, but says socket 775 and the Core Duo is a socket 775 processor. So would it work in this motherboard? Thanks.

That model motherboard only supports up to an 800Mhz bus, the C2D is 1066Mhz. Most likely it also isnt compatible with the C2D's new low-voltage requirements.
