Im sorry but I do not know enough about monitors to help solve this problem. What I would recommend is that you call into a reliable computer shop and ask them about the problem. They may be able to recommend a specific monitor that does not cause any problems with the hardware. But be wary of any advice that you recieve from an online shop.
It is also better to buy it from an actual shop because you have more chance of getting your money back if it doesnt work or if it is not compatible with the hardware.
