Sound Card Driver

After reformatting im hard drive, my sound card is not installed. It is an onboard sound card and i dont know where to go to get the driver for it. I need to find out what make and model it is dont i? i dont know how to find this out either, does anyone know how to find this out?

If you know where to look, you can usually find the little codec chip on the motherboard. Otherwise, you'll have to search around for the motherboard model or computer model.

Motherboard Manufacturer, ECS, Model L7S7A2
Dunno if this is relevant but....
Chipset, SiS, ID0746
Anyone know where to get the driver from this info?
