Exotic foods you've eaten

this idea was when you posted hunting for deer, anyway i want to know any exotic animal youve eaten. mine was.
1. frog
2. bats
3. birds

other exotic foods i have not eaten.
1. snake
2. dog
3.rabbit
4. grasshopper
5. insects

Shark was good.

But other than that, I tend to eat normal things.

the frog taste like chiken , only smaller feets.

The only exotic thing I've eaten was an ostrich egg...very tasty when cooked with diced onions and tomatoes...Those eggs are huge by the way...

Hmm...
-Grasshopper. (Chocolate covered)
-Meal worms. (Seasoned on a little cup, and in rice crispy squares.)
-Escargo. (Mushroom tops with cheese, and the snail underneath.)
-Cactus. (Kinda like, green peppers... only spicyer with seasonings, yay Mexico.)
-Types of fish I've never heard of. (Silly Red Lobster resturants.)

Things I've almost tried:
-Squid. (The little suction cups scared me away, boo Mexico.)
-Cricket.
-Alligator/crocodile.

I like to eat crab, crab tastes good. Although I don't know if you would or wouldn't consider this exotic?
