Internet problems !!!!!!!
i can not seem to connect to the internet or update any of my antivirus software and i want to reformat but i cant because i have valuable documents on that computer and have no dvd burner to save all the documents to a disc.
i need help to resolve this problem other then reformatting ... thankz in advanced
