Default Internet Explorer 7 Problems

My current interface looks like this..



I've tried to get the address bar down but into the middle but i cant move it no matter what I try to do, everything is movable though.

I want the setup to look like this print screen i searched of the net

Have you gone to tools>tool bars to see if the lock tool bars has a check next to it? You can try removing the check mark there, move the address bar down after hiding the other bars, and then putting a check back on after unhiding the other bars. You will probably end up doing that a few times.

there is no tools > toolbars

there is a right click and lock and unlock toolbars... and yes ive tried doing that but i cant drag the top search bar...

you can usualy see four little dots at the start of the toolbars, i seem them on every one but the search bar

When looking over the screens there I noticed the beta page. Are you running the beta or the full version of IE 7? The beta was an annoyance like every other beta when tried here. But on the full release of IE 7 there are only two not four stars seen here on the command bar only. None of the others have that being seen.
