Yea, Don't buy that.
You will regret it in three months when that is outdated and you can buy the same thing for $2000.

EDIT: Well, depends, what are you going to use that computer for?

It will drop tremendously by january. Once AMD realeases their quad-core in late January, it will blow intel's quad cores out of the water. I would suggest waiting, but if you need it now and budget isn't too much of a concern, then I would get what you have listed.

The QX6700 is way overpriced, in the next few weeks it should be down to the MSRP of $999.

You also dont need that fast memory, because the motherboards cant go over DDR2-800 without overclocking.

The GPU and other components are also overpriced, I would wait a while for them to get cheaper, or by a previous generation workstation card.
