Default Is it a good overclocking?

I have a GeForce FX5200 128MB AGP 8x (and operating at AGP 8X). I overclocked it from 250/280 to 290/380. I did a benchmark with PerformanceTest 6 3D simple.
Not OC'd: ~62FPS
OC'd: ~98FPS

So, is it a good overclock?

Default

If you don't see any artifacts and there is a visible performance boost then, ya, it is.....

In retrospect, though, lower end cards can't overclock as much and/or takings a lot to actually see any improvement in games.......
