I would seriously consider getting a Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe 1.86GHz 2M sharing L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115005 (comes with a free game *click on combo deal at bottom of page) and get a cheap mobo to boot, ram any corsair 1 gig (512x2) will do.

As for Harddrive Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS (Perpendicular Recording Technology) 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822148140 $94.99Free shipping

Or

Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200KS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive – OEM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136003
($89.99 after $10.00 Mail-In Rebate) 3 Business Day Shipping $5.94

But then again I just started learning about computers through this forum like a month ago so... you should definetly check with others
