thermaltake tower

How would the Thermaltake tower 102 compare with the Asus Star Ice if i stick a 80mm 37CFM fan on the end of the thermaltake?

i would have gone for the asus but it looks excessivley large. Would the thermaltake be a good substitute?

Both coolers are superb and if you think the ASUS is big .... wait till you see the Tower112
