Default Software to zoom in on images to read text written on a post-it note?

I want to read the text on the pink post-it note; anything that I/you can use/do to do this?

If you just want to zoom in, use Irfanview (google it) But there's no way you are going to be able to read that text.

If you use Firefox, then use Image Zoom

However, that picture is too small to be able to read that. I zoomed in on it and it is all blurry. Not enough pixels there to read anything. If you have an idea of what it says though, then you might be able to.

Like said above it is not enogh pixels to read but I played with is a little and here is the link to it justsave it offline and zoom in and if you have an idea about what it says you MIGHT be abnle to get a couple of words.

Without anything to work with(IE a low res image), you can't really improve a picture.
