change language in Win XP pro?

ok i got a french version(

) of win XP and i wanna change it to english... how can i do that??

In the Control Panel there is a shortcut: "Regional and Language Options"

From there you should be able to change most things to english.

but it still wont be english though. every windows has one language and several language settings, which would not help our friend, would it?

thats right... i cannot change the language... i want at least that my start button says: Start and not : Demarrer

french version really sux but i didnt have the english version when i recived my new mobo....
is there any way to change it or i need to reinstall ???
