Help Launching Live Internet Stream/Weird Problem

I'm having trouble launching the live stream for a radio station in NJ.

There's the web site. Notice the red restricted button at the bottom of the page. When I click that, this pops up:

It says the link is restricted, when it isn't. I have no restricted or trusted sites in my security.

There's the pop-up player that comes up for the stream. It loads the first ad, then just stops. If you hit play again, the ad plays again, and then stops again.

I don't really understand why this problem is happening. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone can help me out. Just ask if you need more info.
