I had an idea like that a LOOONG time ago -.-
As for donuts, you still couldn't beat just plain raw power/spinning the rear wheels. I'm sure that fifth wheel's powered by an eclectic motor. It probably wouldn't spin much faster than that

You almost need on of those to parallel park in Toronto, the bloody taxis take up just enough space you can't get in then realign when their taxi buddies show up.

You would definetly need one of those in China, or atleast it'll come really handy, as the parking spaces are insanely small.
