Help!

I have a HP Pavilion zv6000, and the coolers WON'T STOP RUNNING.
It wasn't always like this, but it's such a loud machine now!

Is there any way to fix it?

Actually the fans are not supposed to stop working.But if you think there's a problem with them,I suggest you return the laptop to the shop you bought it from.It should have warranty.
