I dont think so since last wc3 only out for just about 3 years or so. if blizzard really are putting up another game, it would probably be either starcraftII or diabloIII the first is lol almost leave untouch for almost 10 years and second is still like 5-6 years old now. But then again they are bussy right now with the release of WOW expansion next years.

My friend swears it's in production and he saw screenshots at a gaming convention. But I can't find a damn thing on it!

Your friend is WRONG. Blizzard has not yet released ANY information on warcraft 4, at ALL.

The only information is that they are looking to hire I forgot what the position was exactly but something for an RTS game, so either Starctaft 2, Warcraft 4, or a new game. Everyone "Thinks" is SC2, but again, blizzard has not yet confirmed or released ANYTHING.
