Exclamation Aspire power supplies?

anybody know if aspire power supplies hold up or if I need to go another route?

Depends on what case they are coming with. If you're buying an Aspire PSU all on its own then you should prolly consider a different one

I have a aspire 500 watts PSU that came with my case it seems to run my system with no problems the average voltage reading on it is

+12V 11.612
+5V 4.999
+3.3V 3.299

Indeed i've had some decent luck with a few Aspires but also some dismal luck on others, defintely something to look into

On Newegg they have a modded out one that i am intereted in because of its looks primarily but also because it is bigger than the one I have now and it is only about 75 usd..........If you can check it out

can you find how many amps are on the 12v rail?

Wattage doesnt mean all that much (especially when we knwo the total wattage), voltage stability (not listed) is much more important

isnt the 12v rail important tho as well? thats what people keep telling

ya stablity is the most important but you generally have to guess and go with awell known brand
