When I play a video or start up the Tv (aver) the computer reboots. All other progs work fine and windows media player works fine if I boot xp up in safety mode. I've scanned with zone alarm and adware se with nothing to find. Also done a restore but still reboots in full xp mode.

Any one any thoughts?

The log file looks fine. Do you have the latest Drivers for everything, and the latest version of WMP?

Yes, drivers are up to date and running wmp v9 (admit it's not the latest but it was working fine until yesterday)
I thought it may be something to do with video software as my TV or mp3 files will not play - everything else on the comp is working well and only last week I reformatted

Fixed. It was the video drivers.
