Hello guys.
Quite long time ago i have heard a similar story. It turned out that the problem was in an internet cafe. The thing is that if you go in an internet cafe (or in any computer that has ticked the option "save password and username" on msn) and sign in then your information are kept from the system until somebody else comes in to sign in and then you username and password will be overwritten. So if somebody else uses this machine can access to you msn without doing anything special.
My opinion about the tracking is that it's waste of time because no company would give confidential information because of individual privacy and also that a tracking process of a computer is really hard and thus they dont do it without a significant reason. i recommend you to to do :
1. change your email account password immediately
2.check if you logged in any computer outside your home and try to find out if you can change the sing in status of this machine if that is the case
3. Use a good Anti-virus software i d reckon Norton Internet Security 2007 in case of a kind of virus.

I hope i helped you

You can also try the programs "Ad-Aware" and "Avg Anti-spyware". The can detect if there is a key logger. Another thing is to have a firewall on your computer. I recommend Comodo.

Hope this helps
