Any tips, suggestions, changes i should make, or if this wouldn't work please say.

Okay, so here's what I want in general...if you think I should switch things around and get different setups then please tell me so, since this is my first time and I want my first build a great computer to play games on.

updated my cpu, memory, and graphics for only 80 bucks more than my original price and it's under my 1.5k budget and now i have a bit of money to spend on a good monitor and/or speakersystem !!!!

now all i need to do is wait till this summer to work for this, 60 bucks a day...for 4 days a weeks and for about 10 weeks...seems like i'll be able to play some hardcore games next winter

Don't go with the 6800XT, the 7600GS/GT would be a much better choice.

And have you thought about going with a Core 2 Duo?

The motherboard you posted doesn't support AGP cards

You can get 7900GS for about the same price as 6800xt

Yep Yep, i totally agree with maroon1, there is a great improvement from a X2 3800+ to a E6300. Easily stated in Tom's Hardware. Ill get you the link later.

The performance of E6300 beats X2 4200+!!!!

E6300 beats X2 4400+ and in some cases it can beat X2 4600+

And when you overclock E6300 it beats FX62
