Default HELP!! cant download software, autorestart..why??

as title, i used IE to download some software e.g: mozila firefox, antivirus, msn messanger and etc...but the problem i facing is my computer will auto restart, while i try to run or save to downlod that software...

who know why?? thanks your help...

Have you checked for viruses?Also check your temps.

i dont have antivirus for this moment , so cant be check...what your mean check temps??? is temperory files??

he means tempitures like how hot you computer is. download speedfan it will tell you your temps.

also get a free antivirus like AVG or Avast! there better than most you pay for

I am using AVG anti-virus software..and the best thing is that its free. Download from its website and scanned for virus.

In addition, download ad-aware to scan for spyware as welll. Both softwares are free and work reasonable well.


If there are no virus, it could be hardware problem or maybe the OS problem. reinstall your OS and if it still does not work..check the temperature of the PC or change power supply.

hello, i had installed norton antivirus and found a virus on my pc. but norton cant delete this virus...how???

the other problem now i am facing is, after i installed norton antivirus, i cant be turn off or restart my computer anymore...

i had try to uninstall norton, but it cant be remove...

what problem and how to solve it??
