So I'm building a computer for my cousin's dad, the specs are as followed.
Pentium 4 3.0ghz Intel Desktop board D865GVHZ motherboard 1gb DDR400 generic ram (i didn't pick out the parts) I put all the parts together and installed XP, and the computer boots up. However, once I turn off the computer, it doesn't turn back on again. The fans spins for a split second then turns off. In order to turn it on again, I have to take the battery out and leave the computer unplugged for a few minutes. Anyone have any idea whats wrong?? Thanks in advance!
