Default Looking into building a computer, need advice

I just started playin WoW (World of Warcraft) and because of all the lag I decided it may be a good time to get a new computer, and decided to build my own computer, I've been lookin at items for awhile, but id like some suggestions on items, im not lookin to spend more than $500, maybe MAYBE $600, I dont need a keyboard, mouse, etc, just computer, so please help me out, again this will be a gaming computer, thanks in advance

already have one, also, id probably buy a video card outside the $500-$600 and would it be possible to switch the DVD and CD Drive, and also the harddrive from my current computer to the new one?

yes you could use your old CD, DVD and Hard drives. what kind are they?

heres sorta wat i had in mind, although someone mentioned an AMD CPU would be better than the Intel Duo

Graphics Card

Board

Case + Power Supply

Processor

CD/DVD

RAM

ok go to my computer and right click on the c: drive and see how large it is

if i can itd be better, also any comments on the items, will they all work together ok, could i get a faster hardware for cheaper, etc etc?
