n e 1 know best way to control WLAN & LAN conection like internet cafe type of way

hey there guys i have currently 2 motels side by side and 1 motel has a ethernet jack in the room which the customer can plug into and use but in the other motel i have a wireless router..

issue is that im going to be selling the time to them eg 1 hour for $3 for either LAN or WLAN so how can i set it up so that wen some1 plugs into or connects to the Wireless they get redirected to a screen with a username and password and we issue them a username and password at the front office with a session time they purchase...

any ideas?? thanks heaps guys once again!!!
