Because you have the extra 200 I'd definitaly spend it on the videocard, I did the same thing, got really nice parts (3 years ago) and the first part to go bad
(by bad I mean outdated really badly) was the videocard, I spent something like 130$ on it, I plan on builing a new computer soon, and I'm going to spend atleast 250$ on it

For the Motherboard, I have a gigabyte and so does my brother, I spent 120 on both, and I haven't had a problem yet!! Knock on wood

Avoid that software. The Microsoft bundle costs me about $15 at the wholesaler and it's pretty darn useless, and the Norton is a piece of shit. Save your bucks on those two products. Instead, try and see if they can throw in Microsoft Office.

No, the productivity software they are offering. It's garbage. You'll need the OS, just avoid the rest of it.

I know i keep repeating myself...

Is now really a good time to upgrade?
I mean 64 bit is right around the corner...And It's unclear if this mobo and cpu are 64 bit compatiable.
Can you guys help me out on this?
