Low resources

i need a anti virus and/or firewall that is low on resources ?? because i play alot of games on my computer eg. counter strike , warcraft , call of duty 2 and they seem to run slow and lag so can u tell me what u recommend thankz in advance

For a firewall, an old version of Kerio is very light.

Anti-virus, Nod32 is really light, but not free, Avast is the lightest of the free ones.
