i need like the best card card for Css and maybe a headset also

try that. cup and string... i hope your on lan lol. a sound card
good headset although, might i add, you dont need a sound card to use a headset... you just need the headset. (althoug you could get a mik and set it on your desk, then get 7.1 speakers, and use that

I'd recommend the Sennheiser PC-155 or PC-165 headsets.
