Unhappy Non working mainboard

I am building a new computer, and it was working for about a month. Then, all of a sudden the computer stopped turning on. I switched psu's, but that did not help.
specs:
mobo: ATX MSI V class VIA k8mm-v
CPU: AMD Sempron
psu: 450W (came with the case im not sure who made it)
I just want to repeat that it was working for a while, and putting a diffrent psu did not work. Im posting in Motherboards b/c that is the only thing that could possibly not be working (unless its the cpu)
plz help

Maybe the power button to the MOBO is loose....not the power to MOBO, just the power button to MOBO. Or maybe you just need a new MOBO.

Does your mobo have a power LED on it? (the one that lights up if your PC is plugged in)

You could also try shorting out the power leads with a screw driver to power it on.
