I doubt it without buying some new things, but it really depends if you have wifi hardware now but I would doubt you have that.

You have to get a wireless hub and a wireless card/usb adapter for your computer to have wifi.

If you have wifi in your computer (integrated into mobo, or card, whether it be PCI or USB, etc), it can be done. Otherwise, how would your computer be able to pick up and connect via wifi, if your computer has nothing capable of communicating via wifi?
