The Eclipse II is just the Eclipse with a few new colors and buttons, nothing special. The G15 has an LCD screen, 54 Programmable buttons, USB hub, and a few other things.
Deffinitely the G15.

hey i hate to steal a thread here but i am also looking for a new keyboard, and i friend of mine got a really good one with the extra side buttons chopped off.
(the number pad off to the right) do you know where i could find one that is similar? (i would also love if it had led's because i often play in the dark, but completely non-neccessary)

i have an A4tech, its got extension ports on the sides for usb headphones and microphones.
its really good. lol and only $17 on newegg.. looks like it got cheaper since i bought it though, only $11.99 now http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16823141119 perfect for LAN parties. i give it a 10/10 its slim, portable, and you can plug a headset with the mic right into the side, and theres even an extension for usb 2.0, which you can plug a mouse into... even though i dont use the usb port... my mouses cord is long enough anyways lol... wow at that price i may even buy a new one just cause ive been using it so long its gettin a bit dirty... lol CHEAP! and high quality, i must say its a really good product. oh, and the keys are very quiet. thats a big thing for me... my dads computer sounds like a frikkin horse is galloping. llol

I would suggest going to a store and trying both if they have them on display, The most important thing with a keyboard is that its comfortable for you to type with. I have the Saitek Eclipse and I love the way the keys feel.

From what I've tried, both the G15 and Saitek have similar, solid key feel. I'd recommend whatever you want. But my vote goes to the G15.
