Default Unnecessary Tasks?

Over the past few weeks, I've noticed my computer slowing down some. Upon checking the Task Manager, I have alot of tasks running at startup. I know I'm running some memory hogging programs like WindowBlinds and a ridiculous amount of Widgets, but some of these things just don't look like they need to be here.

Can anyone suggest a website for me that can tell these tasks apart?
Perhaps some of you know? Thanks in advance.

Best way is to arrange the list by Memory Usage. This way you can see which processes are taking most of the resources. Most of the stuff on the list can be disabled. Not going to list everysingle one but if its a process which cant/shouldnt be removed then Windows will basically say it cant.

Yes it's high. He does say in first post that he understands he has the widget. So i presume he realises thats the biggest factor of the problem.
