Default cd dvd drive slowed down

I really don't know what happened but my cd-dvd drive burning slowed down (which is E) i'm using winxp...

Obviously, we need more info. from you to help you diagnose this problem.
One, what is your cd/dvd drive model and brand; and it's write speeds.
Two, what program were you using.
Three, have you changed/added/removed anything recently before that happened.

What software are you using? Do you have the full version or software that came with your Computer or Burner?

i'm using windows xp and it is full version that came together with my computer...
My computer is amd 64 3800 2.4 ghz i can't remember did i install anything only thing i could remember would be a dvd decrypter,i don't know could it be because of it

No need to be upset, but are you using DVD Decryter to actually burn the disks? What CD Burning software are you using?

i'm using nero 7 ultra edition i don't use dvd decrypter .....
