Lets get some info first, what type of computer do you have? What OS are you running? How old is the hard drive? Anything that you think would be helpful for us.

sorry, i should of gave you more information. I built my own PC using my old hard drive, which is western digital 120gb. My new computer that i built is consisted of

motherboard - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138034

cpu - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115005

1GB ram ddr2

graphics card - 7800GT

now, everytime i start my computer it will bring up that error message. BUt i i will just restart the computer and it works fine..... why does it do that in the first boot. I have a feeling it's something to do with the bios. I have no clue what the settings should be for priority settings or anything in the BIOS period. So if someone could help and let me know how i should set the BIOS, it would be helpful and well appreciated.
