Default quick help needed

how do i move everything from my Hard disk drive (C:) To storage (D:). and will it affect anything if i do this?

If you just drag and drop, then yes, it might cause some problems. However, if you can find some software that'd make a direct copy of it, then you'd probably be ok. Something like Ghost would work. Sorry, I don't know of any free programs right off(other than software thta might come with you're HD...)
