Is my RAM weird?

I need to know what's up with this, I can't really find much RAM that exactly matches mine... I'm using CPU-Z 1.38... IS this slow RAM or crappy or something?

DDR2, PC2-4300 (266 MHz), 1024 MBytes, Micron Technology

DDR2
Memory Size 1024 MBytes
Memory Frequency 266.5 MHz ()
CAS# Latency (tCL) 4.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# (tRDC) 4 clocks
RAS# Precharge (tRP) 4 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS) 12 clocks

Isn't 266MHz slow or something?

Isn't 266MHz slow or something?

Since it is running at 266.5 Mhz, it is DDR2 533 memory, which is on the slower side, but is still fine for now (just like DDR2 800 memory would run at 400Mhz).

its not slow but its not the fastest speed,i think its the 2nd slowest ddr2 ram out(correct me if i'm wrong) but its still faster than DDR 400(PC-3200)
